Strange Attractor
 

When the edges of opposing surfaces
resist attraction
the whole sustaining curvature
can be described as god,

beyond exegesis
that we wept into our lab books,
and the facts became smears
that we forgot

but in truth the formulas
had not represented god,
but merely the known ablative
quarried texture of a chaos
for scripture.
